Forget-Me-Not

I have no idea why I wanted to draw this kind of thing, but I did and I'm just kind of ehhhh about it mainly cause i gave up shading the flowers cause there was just too many of them :'D

But I always wanted to draw these two with forget-me-not flowers as i feel they represent them best.

Ever since i created Julian to help ari out during the 100 years she left the guild for her own "selfish reasons", i felt like they can help each other out with their own problems.

Ari has a lot of guilt and regret inside her that she never fully lets out when she was at Fairy Tail, she becomes seriously depressed and pushes everyone away as she cannot accept everything that has happened up to the point that she just leaves without saying anything. So I felt super bad about what I was doing to her that when creating Julian i wanted him to be able to connect with her, help and protect her.

Julian is cursed to reincarnate each time he died and remember it when he reached adulthood, so knowing he'll just come back to life again and again he had no fear of dying and basically did a lot of terrible things because he just didn't care. This usually caused him to die really young (around his 30's) with his arrogance, cocky and not giving a damn about life attitude.

But after so long his conscience started eating away at him, he had hurt so many people in the spam of countless lifetimes that he started building up regret and guilt himself after doing it for so long. When he suddenly ran into Ari in about 3 of him lifetimes and seeing that she hasn't aged that triggered his curiosity; was she cursed the same way he is? Is she also looking for a way to break said curse? Am I not alone anymore, will there be someone to remember me when I'm gone from this life?

So he sticks by her not wanting to leave her side, he does notices right away that shes always quiet, never smiles and always appears to be lost in a daze. He doesn't give up on her and she just lets him follow her around not really caring about him at all. He just assumes she's tired of living as he learns she's not really cursed, just born with a long lifespan and has probably seen or had gone through some trauma.  She has taught herself to believe that she doesn't deserve happiness in any shape for what she has done or rather yet what she couldn't have prevented. She needs emotional support and reassurance, and since Julian can be there for her in hundreds of lifetimes he is willing to stay with her and give her the support and help she needs. They are each others emotional and mental support which is something they both really need and look for in each other.

so yea thats a little inside on them i guess? id explain more but i cant due to it spoiling some planned out things and personal headcanons dealing with some events that happens with friend oc's cough you guys know who you are and what im talking about cough

god im really bad at explaining things i feel like it makes zero sense ;u;
